Minimal contemporary jewelry

Art and architecturally INspired

Created with a focus on the INTERPLAY BETWEEN THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR, each of Jon Black’s PIECES is examined through a lens of AN ARCHITECT AND AN ARTISt. JON IMAGINES THE SHAPES MADE BY HIS JEWELRY TO BE SPACES FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S STORIES TO RESIDE WITHIN.

Having built his own forge in his backyard when he was young, Jon Black has been creating with metal for sometime. Jon is the sole designer and maker of his work. Working in recycled metals where possible and lab grown gemstones, the workshop strives to achieve a low carbon footprint and an ethical approach to jewelry creation. Jon is also a proud supporter of Crafting the Future, an organization that “works to diversify the fields of art, craft and design by connecting BIPOC artists with opportunities that will help them thrive.”
